As part of our service, we include everything you need to get your plans approved. That includes preparing your council submission including forms & reports, lodging to council on your behalf and consulting with council after submission to get your plans approved.

If you need to get consultants on board, we'll arrange them for you too.

We also offer NatHERS Thermal Performance Assessments and BASIX certificates. Being accredited in NatHERS / Home Thermal Performance Assessing allows us to take a holistic approach to passive thermal design and incorporate passive design principles in our designs from the start.

We can optimize the design "on the fly" alongside the Thermal Performance Assessment, allowing seamless design feedback and modifications.​
